CentreCourt is seeking a Manager, Construction Accounting & Finance, to help shape the financial success of some of the most exciting high-rise residential developments transforming the Greater Toronto Area. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional accounting and become a key player in delivering landmark projects that redefine Toronto's skyline, representing more than $1.25 billion in active construction value. This role plays a pivotal role in how major construction projects are planned, executed and delivered by combining financial leadership with operational partnership.
More than a traditional accounting position, this role sits at the intersection of finance, construction, and real estate development. Working closely with site teams and senior leadership, you will turn financial data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions, improve project performance, and help bring ambitious developments to life. You will also be involved from the earliest stages of a project – supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning – through active construction and project close-out.
As the leader of CentreCourt's Construction Accounting team, you will oversee the day-to-day construction accounting function while mentoring and developing a team of Construction Accountants responsible for the financial execution of multiple active projects. You will build tools, processes, and reporting that improve project controls, strengthen financial visibility, and provide construction teams with timely, actionable information to support decision-making on site.
The role also provides significant exposure to complex financial analysis. You will lead monthly hard cost draw reviews, oversee forecasting and cost reporting, and prepare complex analyses for internal and external partners, identifying root causes of cost variances and helping resolve complex commercial issues.
Reporting jointly to the Senior Vice Presidents of Construction and the Director, Accounting, you will serve as a trusted business partner across the organization, ensuring financial discipline while supporting the successful delivery of CentreCourt's growing development portfolio. This is an opportunity to build, lead, innovate, and make a visible impact in one of Canada's leading real estate development companies. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining exposure to major development projects, leading a growing team, taking ownership of high-impact initiatives, and accelerating your career.
This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys leading people, partnering with operations, embracing technology, solving complex business challenges, and seeing the tangible results of their work rise from the ground up.
