Okanagan Staffing is seeking an Office Administrator from 9:00 AM – 2:30PM in Kelowna
Our client is a well-regarded company with a strong team and a commitment to service excellence. We’re looking for a motivated Office Administrator to support the General Manager, Leasing, Property, and Maintenance teams.

What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for calls and office visitors
Support leasing and residential processes (ads, tenant files, move-ins, documents)
Provide admin and scheduling support to managers
Handle all forms of rental payments, deposits, and invoicing
Assist with basic accounting tasks, data entry, payables, maintain files, draft letters, memos and documents as required.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and contractors for any services required

What You Bring:
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
