Job description

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service skills - in person, over phone or via email
  • Great multitasking skills
  • Handling and assisting with document distribution and other administrative projects and responsibilities
  • Returning phone calls and emails on behalf of the company or a company executive
  • Verifying driver's paperwork, invoices and other documents are sent to Head office
  • Performing basic data entry as required
  • Monitoring supply inventory of invoices and office supplies
  • Wage based on experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of data entry practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
