Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. Implement new administrative procedures
  2. Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
  3. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  4. Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  5. Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  6. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  7. Train staff
  8. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  9. Monitor and evaluate office operations
