What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owningpayrolllike a pro — bonus points if you knowAlberta payroll ruleslike the back of your hand.
  • Handlingbookkeepingwith precision —QuickBooksmastery required. Thinkdaily journal entries,receipts,invoices... you know the drill.
  • Being themain point of contactfor staff and clients. Yourcustomer servicegame should be top-tier.
  • Running the office like a well-oiled machine —maintain inventory, restocksnacks and coffee(critical!), keep common areassparkling clean, and juggleerrandslike a champ.
  • Managingbenefits, keepingHR filesin order, andkeeping everyone in the loop— from repair statuses to random FYIs.
  • Tacklingcontracts,SOP creation,invoicing,shipping logistics, andbill paymentslike a seasoned pro.
  • Living and breathing ourtech stack:
  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Wise
  • Discord & Telegram (yes, we talk here... a lot)
  • Humi (HR wizardry)
  • Homebase (schedule sorcery)
  • Dialpad (you’ll be the voice of reason)
  • PandaDoc (for slick doc handling)
  • Shopify (our e-comm playground)
  • CRM/ERP Software (because chaos needs order)
