Summary

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This role is essential to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office and supporting all departments province wide with a wide range of administrative tasks.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be the backbone of day-to-day office operations, supporting all departments and ensuring a smooth, organized, and efficient work environment.

You will play a key role in handling general administrative duties, preparing permit packages, and providing cross-departmental support to ensure team success. What You'll Work On

  • You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the Calgary office by assisting all departments with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Performing general office duties such as managing deliveries, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Assisting with the preparation of permit packages for new home construction.
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems, spreadsheets, and digital files to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
  • Coordinating meeting logistics, preparing materials, and supporting team events or activities as needed.
  • Acting as a point of contact for office visitors.
  • Helping onboard new team members by organizing supplies, desk setup, and access credentials.
  • This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Bring

  • A combination of administrative experience, organizational strength, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous administrative or office coordination experience (1–3 years preferred), ideally in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning new software tools and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, trade partners, and external contacts.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when preparing documents and permit packages.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, willing to step in and assist wherever needed.
  • A team-first attitude and a professional, friendly demeanor in representing the company both internally and externally.
