Work setting

On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Supervise staff and other workers
  • Open and distribute mail and materials
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences
  • Establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize staff consultations and grievance procedures
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Work with marketing to communicate messages
  • Recruit, hire, and conduct staffing actions
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and conduct performance reviews
