GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Toronto to provide exceptional customer service, manage access, and perform patrols in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will benefit from GardaWorld Academy training, uniform provided, and clear career growth with full-time hours Mon-Fri 09:00–17:00. Join a team focused on safety and guest confidence.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in Canada and hold an Ontario security license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard with a high school diploma.
• Proficient with basic phone and computer tasks; willing to commute to downtown Toronto; WSIB first aid certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service, welcome guests and verify identifications.
• Manage access control and conduct foot patrols.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, assist with first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns; answer inquiries in person or by phone.

• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Ontario security license
• WSIB approved first aid certification
• Mininum 1 year of experience as a security guard
• Minimum high school diploma
• Willing to commute to downtown Toronto
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
