Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Toronto, Ontario to deliver excellent customer service, manage access control, and perform patrols across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will respond to incidents, assist with first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams while maintaining security and safety.

The role requires an Ontario security license, WSIB-certified first aid, and basic phone/computer skills; training through GardaWorld Academy is provided, with flexible

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First aid certification.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, check IDs and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Perform computer tasks.
• Address incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
