GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Hamilton, Ontario. You will deliver welcoming, visitor guidance, and secure access in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, while maintaining vigilance and quick incident response.

In this role you’ll use strong communication, teamwork, and scene awareness to ensure safety. Training via GardaWorld Academy is provided; full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like greeting, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Access control of the parking lot.
• Keep traffic moving during employee drop-offs.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 0400-0800 hours, Monday to Friday 1600-2000 hours, Saturday & Sunday 0400-0800 hours, and Saturday & Sunday 1600-2000 hours

Location: L0R 1W1

Responsibilities for Concierege Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control of the parking lot
• Keep traffic moving during employee drop offs
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• To be alert and aware all the times
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications for Concierege Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
