Job summary

Arche TI, a Montreal-based Odoo ERP specialist, is seeking a results-driven sales professional. You will drive new business across Quebec and Canada, manage the full sales cycle, and tailor ERP solutions to client needs.

You will collaborate with technical and functional teams to demonstrate products, prepare proposals, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline. A bilingual English-French communicator with 3+ years in B2B software sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or software.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and complex sales cycle management.
• Ability to understand business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies across Quebec and Canada.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature.
• Understand prospects' business needs and recommend tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with our technical and functional teams to organize product demonstrations and prepare proposals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in our CRM and consistently work toward sales targets.
• Build relationships with business partners and represent Arche TI at industry events and networking opportunities.
