Job summary

SmartD Technologies, Inc. in Montreal, QC is seeking an ERP implementation specialist to lead our go-live and scale our finance/ops integration.

You will drive end-to-end process mapping, from order lifecycle through production and cost accounting, partnering with the implementation partner to configure the ERP to the business. The role requires 3–5 years in ERP/finance/ops, with strong knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor preferred), and fluency in English and French for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

ERP implementation experience with go-live involvement.
End-to-end understanding of order lifecycle, BOM to production, and accounting impacts.
Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals, month-end close, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation as business-side owner, translating requirements for the implementation partner.
Map current processes to ERP configurations, decide when to adapt business vs. system.
Develop and maintain reporting and automation to accelerate decision-making.
