Job summary

Lahal Casino Management in Coquitlam, BC, is seeking an experienced Manager, Organizational Development to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs across five sites, strengthening leadership capability, performance, engagement and development.

The role blends hands-on program delivery with strategic design, including dealer training, train-the-trainer development, and partnerships with HR and operations to diagnose needs and implement practical training solutions using ADP Workforce

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in HR, OD, or related field.
5+ years in learning and development or OD.
Experience with LMS or HR tech platforms.
ADP Workforce Now is an asset.
Gaming, hospitality, entertainment experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of company-wide learning and development programs.
Design and facilitate engaging in-person training for employees and leaders.
Support the implementation and ongoing use of the ADP Workforce Now Learning module.
Develop leadership development programs for new, existing, and emerging leaders.
Partner with HR and operational leaders to identify learning needs and develop practical training solutions.
Develop learning materials, facilitator guides, tools, and resources.
Build internal facilitation capability through train-the-trainer programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs.
Oversee dealer training programs across all five sites.
