Job Description
- Manager, Instructional Design & Learning Experience is a permanent full time leadership role that leads company wide learning design and capability building.
- This position works in a hybrid work style with 3 or more days in the office each week.
- The role supports learning projects across many business areas and helps improve employee growth.
- You will guide a large instructional design team and work closely with HR and business partners.
- The position focuses on modern learning methods, AI based tools and measurable business results.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the instructional design leadership team and more than 25 instructional designers.
- Manage project intake and resource planning across multiple learning initiatives.
- Work with HR, executives and business leaders to review learning needs and create suitable solutions.
- Oversee the design of digital, instructor led, virtual and role based learning programs.
- Promote AI based learning tools and improve digital learning resources.
- Review learning results, study performance data and recommend improvements.
- Present learning outcomes and recommendations to business partners.
Requirements
- Work background of 7 to 10+ years in instructional design, learning design or broader learning and development strategy is required.
- Work background of 5+ years leading learning and development leaders and teams is required.
- Proven success managing large learning portfolios with changing priorities and tight timelines is required.
- Skilled in consulting with business leaders and turning business needs into learning solutions.
- Can work with changing priorities and guide teams through complex situations.
- Work background using AI based learning tools and digital learning methods is required.
- Strong knowledge of reviewing data, feedback and performance results to improve learning programs is required.
- Excellent interaction skills with strong relationship building and influencing skills are required.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset and is required for Quebec based positions.
