Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma program in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Change Management & Project Support across multiple global initiatives.
• Support Communications & Engagement activities, including drafting communications and tracking engagement metrics.
• Help with Training & Learning Support, training materials, and event coordination.
• Maintain Administrative & Project Coordination tasks, including SharePoint sites and documentation.
