Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour Immediate, open position The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Co-op Student will support the OCM team in a variety of change management, communications, and project coordination activities that help employees successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working. The successful candidate will work closely with Change Management Specialists to support communications, stakeholder coordination, training activities, SharePoint administration, and day-to-day project support across multiple initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn, and is interested in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or Project Management.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or College Diploma program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Change Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
