This casual role (employment type: Casual) supports overtime approvals and attendance reporting, updating the Master Schedule and daily complements. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a similar role and a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
• Post secondary education in a related field (e.g., Medical/Office Assistant) is considered an asset.
• Experience coordinating staffing and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing for the Nursing Department.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Obtain approval for overtime work from the Director of Care.
• Maintain attendance/absenteeism reports and communicate recurrent absenteeism to the Director of Care.
