Job summary

Aecon is seeking a Series Lead for the Darlington RFR program in Pickering, Ontario, to plan and lead the series scope of work for a major nuclear refurbishment.

The role requires 5+ years in nuclear engineering and construction, with strong coordination between design, engineering and field execution, ensuring CWPs, ITPs and QA/QC activities are prepared and followed to high standards. You will report to the Integration Manager and collaborate with CSS, operating under a safety-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or engineering technology diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience with nuclear engineering, modification, maintenance and construction projects.
• Knowledge of OPG work and configuration management systems (Passport/Asset Suite) is an asset.
• Retube, Feeder Replacement, or Single Fuel Channel Replacement experience is an asset.
• Construction Work Package assembly experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning for the series and defined scopes of work.
• Ensure CWPs meet design and technical requirements and are executable.
• Verify that all work is planned and executable in the field.
• Ensure ITPs meet design and technical requirements and are understandable by field leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction to maintain linkage between design, constructability and execution.
