Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior engineering manager to provide technical leadership for licensing activities on a new build Nuclear Power Plant project in Canada. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery of high-quality engineering work within the CANDU project framework.

The role requires extensive nuclear project experience, Ontario professional engineering credentials, and strong communication skills to interface with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in a nuclear project environment with regulatory interface.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead teams and interface with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management of individuals and teams on design and build work packages.
• Plan and execute work to meet quality, cost and schedule requirements.
• Forecast resource demands and ensure staffing aligns with project needs.
• Interface with clients and deliver engineering products to customer specifications and requirements.
• Contribute to proposals and approve technical content for the new build project.
