Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga, Ontario, seeks a Technical Engineering Manager - Licensing to lead licensing efforts for a new build nuclear plant. You will provide technical management of engineering teams, plan activities, forecast resources, and interface with clients to ensure delivery per customer specs.

The role requires a P.Eng in Canada, 10 years of nuclear licensing experience, and deep knowledge of Canadian, US, and EU licensing standards. Travel to project sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada or eligible to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• 10 years licensing experience in a nuclear project environment.
• Thorough knowledge of the Codes and Standards used in NPP licensing in Canada, the USA, and the EU.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management of individuals and teams executing licensing work packages for the new build project.
• Plan and execute work to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Forecast resource demands and interface with clients to deliver engineering products per specifications.
• Support preparation of commercial proposals and approve technical content under direction.
