You will build proactive hiring plans, drive recruitment metrics, and deliver scalable talent solutions for major projects, ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with leadership of recruiting teams.
• Proven success developing recruitment strategies within a fast-growing organization.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading major hiring programs, project mobilizations, or high-volume recruitment initiatives.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging recruitment data, market insights, and technology to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
• Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive hiring plans.
