Job summary

Modash is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the North America team from our Toronto office in a hybrid setup. You will own the NA AE team (6 today) and drive revenue through coaching, pipeline reviews, and active deal support.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Success to ensure a smooth customer journey for all clients. You will manage a remote team across 5–10+ reps, building momentum and maintaining high performance.

Qualifications

Managed account executives (teams of 5–10+), not a first-time role.
Strong coaching ability to diagnose issues and change behavior in conversations.
Experience running full PIPs or handling hard performance conversations.
Strong consultative sales skills for live sales conversations.
Comfortable leading a fully remote team with high expectations across regions.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day people management, incl. weekly 1:1s and growth plans.
Lead pipeline reviews and CRM hygiene; enforce sales process & methodology.
Provide deal reviews, direct feedback, and help reps unblock opportunities.
Coordinate with Marketing, Success, and Sales Ops for a smooth customer journey.
Support hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and ramp planning for future hires.
Escalate compensation, tooling, enablement, or resource issues as needed.
