Job summary

Gtrworldwide is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations and drive sales, service, and profitability. You will lead store teams, manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service initiatives, with the flexibility to support both retail and wholesale operations.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, budgeting, and reporting skills, plus experience with POS systems.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business, retail management, commerce or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Several years of supervisory or management experience in retail or wholesale operations.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong numeracy skills and experience preparing or interpreting sales and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and staff development abilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store operations.

  • Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment, ordering, and loss prevention measures.
