TWO BAY ENTERPRIZES LTD is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations on-site in Ontario. You will lead a team of sales staff, oversee inventory, handle cash, and ensure excellent customer service. The role emphasizes staff training, scheduling, and sales reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Hire and train staff or arrange for training.
• Order merchandise and authorize returns.
• Establish work schedules and supervise staff.
• Sell merchandise and process transactions.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
• Resolve customer requests and complaints, including shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Manage cash handling and store cash.
• Store items in warehouse or stock area and maintain inventory.
• Maintain sales records for inventory control.
• Perform duties of workers supervised as needed.
