Retailors, the official Nike operating partner in Canada, is seeking a Store Director/Lead to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences across Nike retail locations. You'll lead a team, manage daily store operations, collaborate with Visual Merchandising, and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail experience.
• 1+ years leadership experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
• Provide expertise in one or more areas or functions Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandise.
• Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Performing work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, and programs.
• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance

What You Will Do
