Retailors is seeking a Store Director to lead Nike Retail Stores within the company. You will assist the Store Manager by overseeing sales, merchandising, operations and other store functions, and you will manage daily activities and staff in absence of the Head Coach.

The role requires extensive retail experience with at least 2 years in a management position, a passion for sports fashion, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overnights as needed.

• Extensive retail experience including 2+ years experience in management.
• Enthusiasm and passion about sports and / or sports fashion.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and some overnights as required.

Responsabilités

• Assisting the Store Manager by managing one or more store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business.
• Performing all store management functions in absence of Head Coach.
• Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of business support staff.
• Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinating work with other supervisors.
• Applying management skills to improve efficiency and achieve operational objectives within own unit.
• Recruiting and hiring top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment.
• Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines and developing plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Performing work in support of brand plans and participating in initiatives and programs.
• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicating with Visual team and overseeing site maintenance.

What You’ll Do
