Retailors in Surrey, Canada, seeks a Lead/Store Director to guide daily store operations and sales strategy. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure accurate cash handling and merchandising across departments.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role supports Nike retail operations under Retailors Sports Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail experience.
• 1+ years leadership experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
• Provide expertise in one or more areas or functions Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandise.
• Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives
• Performing work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, and programs
• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities
• Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance

What You Will Do
