Job summary

Retailors Sports Inc. in Surrey, Canada, is seeking a Store Director to lead Nike retail locations. You will coach teams, drive sales, manage operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the store.

The role requires retail leadership, cash handling, and hands-on supervision of shipping, receiving, and visual merchandising. You will collaborate with visual teams, prepare reports, and uphold brand standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail experience.
• 1+ year leadership experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
• Provide expertise in one or more areas: Shipping/Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandising.
• Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Performing work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives and programs.
• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance
