Job summary

Retailors-Na-Limited-Partnership in Calgary, Canada, seeks a Store Leader to direct Nike retail operations under Retailors Sports Inc. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales.

You will supervise a team, manage daily tasks, coordinate with the Visual team, and oversee shipping/receiving, cashier duties, and merchandising standards. Growth within a luxury athletic brand is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail experience.
• 1+ years leadership experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
• Provide expertise in one or more areas or functions Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandise.
• Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives
• Performing work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, and programs
• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities
• Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance
