Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is seeking a night supervisor to lead store operations during the night shift. You will manage a team, communicate expectations, and ensure products are rotated, labeled, and displayed attractively.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate expectations to your team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to deliver results.
• Ensure the rotation of products according to prescribed standards and the labeling of merchandise.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked in an attractive manner for customers.
• Place orders for designated sections and perform receiving merchandise responsibilities.

What might a typical day look like?

As a night supervisor you will have to :

• clearly communicate expectations to your team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to deliver results;
