Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily retail operations in our stores. The role involves supervising production and customer service clerks and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with management on purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising and wage productivity to keep the store ready for business. Training courses and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
