Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Terrebonne is seeking a department manager with retail experience to lead daily operations and supervise staff while ensuring exceptional customer service on the floor.

You will work with production and customer service clerks, oversee purchasing, inventory, pricing, merchandising and staff development through coaching and feedback. Training programs are provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in management or as a department manager is an asset
