Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.
• Solid safety awareness and ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Forklift certification preferred; voice-directed picking training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Palletize and organize finished products.
• Order selection with accuracy and efficient staging.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Coordinate with other workstations to ensure timely order completion.
• Put away finished products and raw materials at shift end.
• Follow Sysco safety policies and report hazards and incidents.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (electric pallet jacks, order pickers, voice-directed systems).
• Assist in training new selectors on safe practices and procedures.
