Job summary

The Home Depot in Vancouver, BC is seeking an Order Picker to support our growing online orders and customer relationships by preparing items for pick-up or delivery.

Responsibilities include picking, labeling, staging, and loading orders, using lift trucks as trained, and maintaining accurate inventory and order accuracy. Strong computer skills, time management, and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights (10PM–6:30AM).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Picking, organizing, staging and verify orders for delivery or pick-up
• Accurately labeling and placing orders into holding areas until moved out store and loaded onto truck
• Operate lift truck equipment as trained
• Use computer terminals and Home Depot devices to identify products, check inventory, look up orders and pick orders
• Stock merchandise on shelves and keep sales floor organized
• Load orders onto delivery trucks
