Job summary

Sysco Vancouver seeks a reliable Selector II to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for delivery. You will use pick sheets or voice-directed systems, stage products, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 2+ years in similar work, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and proficiency with material handling equipment. Forklift certification and voice-picking training are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Vancouver.

Qualifications

• Experience selecting and staging orders with high accuracy.
• Proficient in operating material handling equipment (e.g., order pickers, pallet jacks).
• Able to lift/move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) regularly.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products from shelves according to orders using pick sheets or voice-directed systems.
• Stage products for loading, ensuring correct quantity and product codes.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies; assist with cycle counts and adjustments.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety procedures; keep work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and help train new selectors.
