Job summary

Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to direct the overnight team in sales floor replenishment, merchandising, and inventory execution. The role focuses on maintaining visual standards, handling price changes, and supporting special events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in retail, preferably in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to read and analyze reports; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Direct overnight team with clear direction and follow-up to ensure execution.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain in-store visual standards, signage, planograms and front-face display.
• Oversee nightly replenishment from backstock, DCs and vendors.
• Coordinate Special Events, pricing integrity and inventory accuracy with AGM and HR.
