George Dawson Inn Hotel in Dawson Creek, BC is seeking a permanent, full-time Night Shift Front Desk Manager. Location: Dawson Creek. Salary: 39.75 hourly for 30–40 hours per week. Start date: as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include leading night shift operations, staffing, guest services, reservations, and facility bookings. Requires college-level education or equivalent experience and 1–2 years in a similar role. MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills preferred.

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in front desk management or hospitality.

• Manage events and facility bookings and negotiate with clients for use of hotel facilities.

• Assist guests with special requests and special needs
• Manage and coordinate events and facility bookings
• Negotiate with clients regarding the use and booking of hotel facilities
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials, supplies, and services
• Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair activities
• Organize and maintain inventory of front desk and operational supplies
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Prepare shift reports and communicate important operational issues to management
