Job summary

FedEx Trade Networks Canada is hiring for a Customer Service Support role in Mississauga, Ontario. The position handles U.S. shipper inquiries on customs clearance, brokerage and disbursement, and explains customs services for LVS/HVS shipments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to U.S. shipper on NRI program queries related to customs clearance, GST, PST, duties, brokerage and disbursement.
• Explains FedEx customs brokerage services for LVS & HVS shipments, fees, and CBSA guidelines.
• Investigates BI disputes and coordinates with Customs for information and corrections.
• Updates all Customs clearance cases in 1Source until closed.
• Provides general customs brokerage information to customers on request.
