Job summary

Manitoulin Transport, Mississauga-based, is seeking a Customs Specialist for afternoon/night shifts. You will ensure cargo reporting is processed accurately and on time via emanifest with CBSA and US CBP, and that in-bond shipments are cleared.

You will obtain broker information and coordinate with North American customs brokers to ensure all required documents for PAPS and PARs submission meet customer delivery deadlines.

Customs Specialist - Afternoon/Night Shift

Based out of our Mississauga office, we are looking for night shift Customs Specialist. Duties will include:

• Ensure that cargo reporting is processed accurately and in a timely manner via emanifest with CBSA and US CBP
• Ensure in-bond shipments get cleared
• Obtain broker information
• Ensure all necessary documentation is reviewed and approved for carrier paps and pars submission with Customs brokers across North America so that customer requirements are met in terms of freight being delivered on time
