Hôtel Humaniti Montréal, the first Autograph Collection by Marriott in Quebec, seeks a Night Audit Supervisor to lead the night front desk, ensure the guest experience, and guide the night team. You will coordinate with departments and uphold refined service aligned with our wellness concept.

Ideal candidates bring night audit experience, front desk leadership, bilingual French/English, and a hospitality background.

Formación

• Diploma of collegial or university studies in hotel management or equivalent training.
• Strong organizational, priority management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships with departments and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
• Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.
• Strong personnel management abilities.
• 2 years in hospitality at the front desk.
• 1 year supervising a team in hospitality.
• 6 months of night audit experience.
• Bilingual French and English.
• Experience with Marriott chain hotels is a plus.

Brief Description

We are looking for unifying leaders, dynamic, and lovers of their city who wish to provide a memorable and personalized experience to each of our guests. Night audit supervisors will be mandated to manage front desk operations and will be responsible for the entirety of the customer experience during nighttime hours. Our front desk supervisors will guide our artisans and our valets in order to offer our guests impeccable service that reflects our DNA: refined, captivating, and connected. Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support, supervise, and guide the night front desk team in all guest interaction processes.
• Participate in the training of new auditors and ensure daily follow-up of learning progress.
• Ensure that the night front desk team has the necessary tools for proper operations.
• Responsible for customer requests and their completion within the timeframes established according to hotel standards.
• Monitor front desk operations.
• In charge of customer satisfaction and complaint management.
• Respond to customer comments on various booking platforms and ensure follow-up after service.
• Ensures proper management of customer folios and billing.
• Provide service that exceeds our customers' expectations and convey this quality of service to the entire team.
• In charge of ensuring compliance with hotel standards and policies.
• Ensure smooth service delivery with the various departments of the hotel.

Skills and Requirements

• Diploma of collegial or university studies in hotel management, or any other equivalent training, an asset.
• Excellent organizational abilities, priority management skills, and outstanding customer service delivery.
• Excellent ability to establish and maintain good business relationships with other departments and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
• Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.
• Advanced personnel management skills.
• (2) years of experience in the hospitality field, at the front desk.
• (1) year of experience supervising a team in the hospitality field.
• (6) months of experience in night audit.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Experience with Marriott chain hotels, an asset.
