Qualifications

• Previous Night Audit, Front Desk, Guest Services, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Hospitality or Marriott experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers, reports, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a warm, genuine, and professional demeanor.
• Complete guest arrivals and departures with accurate reservations, billing, and payments.
• Respond to overnight guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the hotel to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Perform nightly audit processes accurately and in line with brand standards.
• Balance and reconcile daily hotel transactions, including room charges and payments.
