Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or front desk experience is an asset.

• Capable of fast-paced, independent work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out; verify guest information and process payments.
• Greet guests courteously, assist inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Perform clerical duties and balance cash/records at shift end.
