Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Concierge to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, Ontario. The role focuses on night shifts and requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and a security license.

The ideal candidate will have residential concierge security experience, be able to patrol, document incidents, and maintain a high level of professionalism while coordinating with residents and management.

Qualifications

• Residential security experience is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication is essential.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification is needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain detailed patrol records, incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain professionalism and follow training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.
