Job summary

FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a Security Concierge to assist residents with information and services, ensuring safety and privacy. The role requires self-motivation, outgoing personality, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills at a North York site.

Responsibilities include screening messages, coordinating vendor access, patrolling property, enforcing rules and laws, and maintaining incident documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of College level courses with concentration in Business/Hospitality or Police/Security Foundations would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs and desires, answers questions, gives directions and instructions.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act quickly.
• Schedules access for authorized vendors to provide services within units.
• Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Provides protection to clients, residents and property of the buildings we service; responds to inquiries and directs as required.
• Performs routine property patrols and responds to emergencies and fire alarms.
• Follows on-site procedures and client policies as well as company policies.
