Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Residential Concierge for our Etobicoke, Ontario site. This full-time role requires a valid Ontario Security License, First Aid/CPR, and experience in residential concierge security.

You will patrol premises, document incidents, and coordinate with residents and property staff. We value strong communication, flexibility in shifts, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have residential concierge security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ontario Security License is required.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Physically able to stand/walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety and security.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergencies.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.

Job Title: Security Professional - Residential Concierge Location: Etobicoke, ON Type: Full-time Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour Shifts: Swing/Rotational | Tuesday -Thursday (10pm - 0600) , Saturday (10am - 10pm)

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Conciergeto oversee one of our residential sites in Etobicoke, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Concierge Experience, excellent communication skills, with some flexibility and willingness to work various shifts and various sites, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
