Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard with Concierge and Patrolling experience for a residential site in Toronto, ON. The role requires night shifts, strong communication, and professionalism to protect residents and property.

The position offers full-time hours, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. You will patrol, document incidents, and coordinate with management to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge Security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Concierge
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
