The ideal candidate will have residential concierge security experience, be able to patrol, document incidents, and maintain a high level of professionalism while coordinating with residents and management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain detailed patrol records, incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain professionalism and follow training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.

Position:Security Professional - Concierge

Location: Toronto, Ontario.

Payrate: $18.80 per hour

Status: Full-time | Overnight

Shift: Sundays to Saturdays. (Various overnight Shift Schedules)

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Concierge to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work night Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in Residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Experience in Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.

• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
