The Crystal Lodge in Whistler Village is seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner for overnight hours. You will maintain cleanliness across hotel common areas on a 3x10-hour shift (30 hours/week), starting at 10:00 PM to keep days free for Whistler activities.

You’ll vacuum, mop, disinfect surfaces, and partake in environmental initiatives, with training provided and opportunities to interact with guests and Front Desk staff overnight.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Able to work overnight independently and make decisions.

Are you a night owl who loves keeping things spotless? The Crystal Lodge, perfectly situated in the heart of Whistler Village, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team.

This position offers set days and consistent 3x10-hour shifts (30 hours per week), starting at 10:00 PM - leaving your days wide open to enjoy everything Whistler has to offer, from mountain adventures to village vibes!

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Night Cleaner, you'll take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all hotel common areas during the overnight hours. Though you'll be the sole Housekeeping team member on shift, you won't be alone - our Front Desk team is on site overnight as well, and together you'll ensure guests feel safe, supported, and comfortable.

From vacuuming and mopping to disinfecting high-touch surfaces, you'll be on the move! Walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods - so this is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being active on the job. We actively look for people that will support the Crystal Lodge's environmental commitments, including responsible waste separation, water and energy conservations and participation in green initiatives

Full training will be provided, including the use of cleaning equipment and products.

• Someone with a friendly, professional demeanor, as you'll often interact with guests
