Crystal Lodge in Whistler Village is seeking a Part-Time Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You’ll help keep linens fresh, support sustainability commitments, and contribute to the guest experience in a cozy, community-minded hotel.

This active role requires standing, walking, and lifting, with routine use of commercial washers and dryers. You’ll work closely with colleagues, gain hands-on training, enjoy staff discounts, a complimentary annual hotel stay, and a friendly, inclusive

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a commercial laundry is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift during shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and operate commercial laundry equipment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Sort linens by fabric type, colour, and condition.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
• Fold, wrap, and distribute clean linens to housekeeping areas.
• Perform minor linen repairs when needed.
• Keep the laundry room clean and well maintained.

Join Our Housekeeping Team as a Part-Time Laundry Attendant!

We’re hiring a Part‑Time Laundry Attendant (3 days per week) to join our dedicated Housekeeping team — someone who takes pride in doing excellent work, thrives in a supportive culture, and wants to be part of a workplace that’s serious about sustainability and community.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll help keep our hotel running smoothly by ensuring all linens and laundry are cleaned, cared for, and delivered to a high standard. Your day-to-day will include:

Sorting linens by fabric type, colour, and condition

Operating commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently

Folding, wrapping, and distributing clean linens to housekeeping areas (and occasionally guest rooms)

Completing minor linen repairs when needed

Keeping the laundry room clean, organised, and well maintained

Caring for laundry equipment and reporting any issues

Upholding Crystal Lodge’s environmental practices, including waste separation and water and energy conservation

Providing friendly, professional service when interacting with guests and teammates

This is an active, hands-on role that involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout your shift — perfect for someone who enjoys staying on the move! You'll crush that 10,000 daily step goal easily!

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone that in a perfect world, has 2-years experience working within a commercial Laundry setting however, we know that might be hard to come by! So if you have most of these,

Laundry or housekeeping experience

A strong eye for detail and pride in your work

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and use commercial laundry equipment

Physically able to meet the demands of an active role
