Job summary

Crystal Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Whistler Village. The role involves daily room refreshes, cleaning guest rooms, kitchens, balconies, and bathrooms, restocking supplies, and assisting guests as they pass through hallways.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts (3–5 per week), with staff housing available for full-time team members and a vibrant, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is a plus, but training is provided.
• We value organization, independence, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and good guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Refresh and tidy assigned rooms each morning.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, kitchens, balconies, and bathrooms.

Join Our Housekeeping Team at the Crystal Lodge!

Are you someone who finds joy in keeping things spotless? Do you love the satisfaction of making a space look fresh and inviting? If so, we’d love to have you on board as a Room Attendant at the Crystal Lodge!

We’re looking for both full-time and part-time team members (3-5 shifts a week) to bring their energy and attention to detail to our housekeeping team. We have staff housing available for full-time team members!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every morning, you’ll receive a list of rooms to refresh and tidy up, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and spotless stay. Your key tasks will include:

• Changing, making, and refreshing bedding
• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including kitchens, fireplaces, balconies, and bathrooms.
• Restocking essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and other amenities.
• Removing garbage and sorting it appropriately.
• Offering friendly and helpful service to guests when passing through hallways.
• Handling any dry-cleaning requests and passing them to the right department.
• Supporting the smooth operation of the housekeeping department with other tasks as needed.
• Support Crystal Lodge's sustainability initiatives, including waste separation, water and energy conservation, and other green projects

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in housekeeping is a plus, but not required—we provide full training! More importantly, we’re looking for people who are:

• Organized and efficient with their time.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Great problem-solvers with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly and reliable team players.

Since this is a physical role, you’ll need to be comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift (8 AM – 4:30 PM), as well as handling laundry, carts, and garbage (sometimes up to 50lbs).
